1. Who we are
Foresee Health is a trading name of SOHO HEALTH LTD (“Foresee”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16008097), registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Contact: hello@foresee.health.
2. About these terms
Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, Medical Disclaimer and, for Health Strategy Sessions, the Health Strategy Session Terms. Together these form our agreement with you.
3. What Foresee is - and isn't
Foresee is a preventative-health service that (a) provides general health information and navigation, (b) connects you to independently regulated experts, doctors and accredited laboratories, and (c) offers structured Health Pathways. Foresee is not your GP and, while CQC registration is pending, does not itself provide diagnosis, treatment or personalised clinical advice. Always seek advice from your GP or a registered provider for clinical matters; in an emergency call 999.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and resident in the UK to buy our services.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Ordering and prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We will confirm your order and the total payable before you pay, and send a confirmation afterwards. We may correct obvious pricing errors.
7. The services
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Diagnostics are processed by accredited UK laboratories; expert sessions are delivered by independent, appropriately registered practitioners; Health Pathways are coordinated programmes. Specific terms for the Health Strategy Session are in its own page.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
Your use of the site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the site is owned by or licensed to Foresee and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
11. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that arise because you used our general information as a substitute for professional medical advice. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
12. Independent providers
Where we connect you to an independent expert, clinic or laboratory, the care they provide is governed by their own terms and professional regulation, and they are responsible for the clinical services they deliver.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order.
14. Complaints & governing law
Our Complaints Procedure explains how to raise an issue. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
