Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights. Because we handle health information, we treat your data with particular care.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
1. The data we collect
- Account & contact details - such as your name, email and password.
- Booking & payment details - the services you book and the information needed to take payment (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
- Health data - information you choose to share, including the figures you enter into the free report tool, anything you discuss in a Health Strategy Session, and test results routed through our partners.
- Usage & device data - how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
2. Health data (special-category data)
Health information is “special-category” data under UK data protection law and gets extra protection. Where we process it, we rely on your explicit consent, which you give when you choose to share it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us; this won’t affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
3. The free report tool
The free report tool runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to or stored by Foresee. If you choose to email the report to yourself, we then handle that email and your address as described in this policy.
4. Why we use your data (lawful bases)
- To provide the services you buy (our contract with you).
- To handle your health data and send you marketing (your consent).
- To run, secure and improve our service (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
5. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with:
- Independent doctors, experts, clinics and accredited laboratories who deliver services you book - they are separate data controllers responsible for the clinical care they provide.
- Our service providers (data processors acting on our instructions), including our payment processor (Stripe), email provider (Resend), hosting (Vercel), content system (Sanity) and authentication (Clerk).
- Authorities or advisers where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. We may keep some records longer where we need them to handle a complaint, defend a legal claim, or meet a legal obligation.
7. International transfers
Where any of our providers process data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms) to protect it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@foresee.health. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as set out in our Cookie Policy. You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner.
10. Keeping your data secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to notify you and the regulator of any serious breach where the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies.
