Health Strategy Session

A Health Strategy Session is a 20-minute, one-to-one online session with a UK-based doctor, provided for a one-time fee of £49. Its purpose is educational: to help you understand how modern preventative healthcare works, what the different testing and Health Pathway options involve, and how to think about choosing your next step. You leave with a clearer understanding of your options.

The session is general information and navigation only. During the session, the doctor will not:

• Take a clinical history in order to work out what is wrong with you.
• Give, or hint at, a diagnosis.
• Interpret your specific blood, scan, genetic or wearable results.
• Recommend specific tests or scans for your individual situation.
• Advise on, prescribe, or change any medication.
• Create a personalised treatment, management or care plan.

If a question requires clinical judgement, the doctor will explain that it falls outside the session and point you to your GP or a registered provider.

• Explaining how preventative health works, and what common tests and biomarkers measure - in general.
• Explaining what a type of test or scan is for, and what good screening looks like.
• Walking you through how Foresee works - the Health Pathways, and what each kind of expert does.
• General, non-personalised pointers on the categories of test or expert that people with similar goals often explore.
• General lifestyle and wellbeing information.
• Signposting anything clinical to your GP or a registered provider.

A Health Strategy Session does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from your GP or a registered healthcare provider, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by it. You should not delay seeking, or disregard, professional medical advice because of anything discussed in a session. If you feel unwell or are worried about your health, contact your GP or a registered provider. In an emergency, call 999.

Foresee Health is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). For that reason, the Health Strategy Session is offered strictly as general health education and information, and not as a regulated clinical service. We intend to offer regulated clinical services once our registration is in place.

Sessions are delivered by UK-based, GMC-registered doctors acting in a general educational and navigational capacity - not as your treating clinician. Foresee’s health information and standards are overseen by our Medical Director, Dr Nick Dragolea.

The session is a one-time fee of £49, with no subscription. You can reschedule or cancel your session in line with the options shown at the time of booking. If you are unable to attend, please let us know in advance so we can offer the slot to someone else.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend, the £49 fee is non-refundable.

Because the session is educational rather than clinical, we do not create or keep a clinical treatment record of it. Any information you choose to share is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foresee Health is not liable for any decision you make based on the general information provided during a session. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your session is the one published on this page at the time you book.
