How do I get started with Foresee Health?
Most people begin with a 20-minute Health Strategy Session with a UK-based doctor (£49) to understand their options and decide the right next step - a test, a specialist, or a Health Pathway. If you already know what you want, you can book a test or browse our experts directly.
I don't know where to start - what should I do?
Book the £49 Health Strategy Session. A UK-based doctor will help you understand your options and the kinds of tests, experts or pathways that may be relevant - general guidance, not a clinical recommendation. There is no pressure to commit to anything.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. Foresee is a private preventative-health service, so you can book a Health Strategy Session, test or Health Pathway directly - no referral needed.

Who will I be speaking with?
A UK-based doctor who can explain how modern preventative healthcare works and help you understand your options.
How much does the session cost?
It is £49 for a 20-minute Health Strategy Session with a UK-based doctor - a one-time fee, no subscription, no pressure. It is general guidance, not a medical consultation.
What happens after the call?
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your options. You can then book your chosen tests, experts or Health Pathway whenever you're ready - there's no pressure.
Tests & diagnostics
What tests and diagnostics do you offer?
Blood panels, body composition and metabolic fitness, scans and imaging, and more - always interpreted by a Foresee doctor who explains what the results mean and what to do next. Blood panels start from £95.
Where are my tests processed?
Blood testing is carried out through UK-based accredited and assured laboratories. Scans and in-person diagnostics are run at partner clinics.
Will someone explain my results?
We explain, in general terms, what your results show. For clinical interpretation of your own results, we connect you to a registered provider - not just a PDF of numbers.

What is a Health Pathway?
A Health Pathway is a doctor-led, 3-12 month programme tailored to your stage of life and the thing you are trying to change. It brings diagnostics, experts and a clear plan together - and the team stays with you through it.
Who is a Health Pathway for?
People who want structure, follow-up and clinical ownership over time, rather than scattered one-off appointments. Not sure if it is right for you? A discovery call helps you decide.
Pricing & practical
How does pricing work?
Pricing is transparent and per-service, with no subscription: the Health Strategy Session is £49, blood panels start from £95, and curated packages start from £350.
Are consultations online?
Consultations are held by video, so you can join from anywhere. Some tests can be done at home, while scans and in-person diagnostics are carried out at partner clinics.
