We are committed to making the Longevity Platform accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology. Health optimization should be available to all.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
The Longevity Platform is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to achieve this goal.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

WCAG 2.1 Guidelines
We follow the four core principles of WCAG to ensure our content is accessible to all users.

Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive.
- Text alternatives for non-text content

- Content can be presented in different ways
- Content is easy to see and hear
Operable
User interface components and navigation must be operable.
- All functionality available from keyboard
- Users have enough time to read and use content
- Content does not cause seizures
- Users can easily navigate and find content
Understandable
Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable.
- Text is readable and understandable
- Content appears and operates predictably
- Users are helped to avoid and correct mistakes
Robust
Content must be robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
- Content is compatible with current and future tools

Known Limitations & Ongoing Work
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. We are actively working to address the following areas:
- Complex Charts: Some biomarker charts may be challenging for screen readers. We are working on providing text-based alternatives for all data visualizations.
- Third-Party Content: Some embedded content from third-party providers (e.g., Cal.com booking widget) may have varying levels of accessibility.
- PDF Documents: Older uploaded health documents may not be fully accessible. We recommend uploading accessible PDF files where possible.
We are committed to continuously improving accessibility and aim to address these limitations in future updates.
