Cancellations & refunds
Because you buy from us online, you usually have a 14-day right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). How this applies depends on what you bought.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by anything in this policy.
Health Strategy Sessions (£49)
- Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full (100%) refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend, the £49 fee is non-refundable.
- If you ask us to deliver the session within the 14-day cancellation window and it goes ahead, you agree the service is provided then - once delivered, the right to a refund no longer applies. Before that, you can cancel for a full refund.
Diagnostic tests & kits
- You can cancel for a full refund any time before your kit is dispatched or your sample is collected.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, test kits are sealed medical items: once the seal is broken, or once your sample has reached the laboratory, the test cannot be refunded.
- If a kit arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund it.
Health Pathways
- You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund, less the cost of any part of the programme already delivered at your request (for example an assessment or tests already carried out).
- Once a Pathway is underway, cancellation terms are set out in your Pathway agreement.

Email hello@foresee.health with your order details. We process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 14 days.
